Description
A wood fired oven.... I figure you could stick a steak in there which is what this is.......or maybe a whole fish, maybe a pizza, they would all be excellent! This is painting from memory. Tuscany still has pockets of tradition that seem to transcend time. We were lucky to find a couple of places that seem to remember the centuries past.
