Being on the beach is invigorating. The fresh air, the motion of the water against the rocks, the sunlight finding it's way through the clouds; it's all so energizing to me. I left this canvas a little rough around the edges once it started to get that beach atmosphere. After all, rocks and cliffs are a little rugged!
